Heidi has successfully represented clients in both federal and state courts, and alternative dispute resolution forums. Her litigation experience spans all phases of dispute resolution, from pre-suit negotiations and mediation through trial and appeal. Prior to joining Dontzin Kolbe & Fleissig, Heidi was an associate at Schulte, Roth & Zabel and served as a law clerk to Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings in the Western District of Kentucky.
